Who can access your data?
Your data is processed exclusively by authorized Synapse Crew staff and by our technical processors, strictly as needed for the service:
- Kit, Inc. (United States): storing subscribers and sending the newsletter. Kit receives your email address, your first name, your quiz answers and open and click data.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting. Cloudflare processes the technical connection data (IP address) needed to display the pages to you.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland): payment, receipts and invoices. Stripe receives the information entered on the payment page. We never have access to your full bank details.
- Clever Cloud SAS (France): hosting of the server that opens your payment page and runs the student area. It receives the chosen offer and, if you have subscribed to the newsletter, your email address. For the student area, it processes your email address and your progress.
- Google (Firebase service): login to the student area and storage of your access and your progress. Google receives your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier.
- Mux, Inc. (United States): hosting and streaming of the course videos. Mux processes the technical connection data (IP address) needed to stream the videos to you.
- Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend, United States): sending the student area emails (access to the course, login links). Resend receives your email address.
We never sell or transfer your data to commercial third parties.
Is your data transferred outside the European Union?
Yes, to the United States, for Kit, Cloudflare, Google, Mux and Resend. These companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognized by the European Commission (Article 45 GDPR). Kit additionally provides the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 46 GDPR).
Stripe may also transfer payment data to its parent company, Stripe, Inc., in the United States, under the same safeguards.
Cookies and storage in your browser
This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. The font and icons are served from the website itself: no third-party service receives your IP address when the public pages are displayed.
In the student area, reserved for buyers of the course, your login session is kept in your browser's storage so you don't have to log in again on every visit, and the video player stores your settings there (sound, subtitles). This storage is strictly necessary for the service you request. The student area pages load Google's login module and the video player from jsDelivr, and the videos are streamed by Mux: these services receive your IP address.
During sign-up, your email address and your quiz answers are temporarily kept in your browser's session storage, to move from one page of the journey to the next. This storage is strictly necessary for the service you request and disappears when you close the tab.
What are your rights?
You have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of your consent at any time, and instructions regarding your data after your death.
To exercise a right, write to us at contact@thefasttrackai.com from the address subscribed to the newsletter. We may ask for proof of identity. We reply within 1 month (3 months maximum for a complex request).
How do we protect your data?
Exchanges with the website and with our processors are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the tools containing your data is limited to authorized persons.
